STEP 1 -- Eligibility

Please read the following requirements carefully. NTSI is a California DMV licensed provider for the California 8-Hour equivalent driving class. The NTSI Level 1 8-Hour Traffic School program meets the requirements for dismissal of minor traffic citations in most Court jurisdictions.

In order to take the class you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. YOU MUST NOT be presently assigned to or attending a traffic school program.
2. YOU MUST NOT have attended any traffic school program on a citation issued within 18 months of the issue date of this citation.
3. YOU MAY NOT attend class if you possess a commercial drivers license (CDL).*
4. YOU MAY NOT attend class for the dismissal of a citation you received while operating a commercial vehicle.*

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to determine if you meet these requirements. If you do not meet these requirements and elect to attend traffic school, the violation will still be reflected on your driving record.
